  • I thrive in user research and product discovery. With a keen ability to understand customer needs and behaviours, I excel at identifying opportunities and translating insights into product features, positioning, and messaging that drive business growth.

  • I leverage no-code and low-code tools to quickly test ideas with users. Working in close collaboration with product managers, I define hypotheses and design experiments to test them.

  • Leveraging collaboration tools like Figjam and frameworks like RICE — I guide teams through complex decision-making processes. My methodical approach ensures that business objectives align with user needs, ensuring that each feature developed adds real value and drives growth.

  • I bring hands-on experience working in cross-functional teams to ensure great ideas get shipped. With a systematic approach to design, I work with developers to create designs which can be delivered efficiently.

  • I'm a creative leader with a unique mix of experience across user research, product design, and brand marketing. I have experience providing creative direction and mentorship to product, visual, and motion designers, copywriters, illustrators, and photographers.

How I work

Embedded or solo

For established teams, I can work as an embedded design lead taking a hands-on role alongside your team.

For early-stage start-ups, I can work as a one-man-band bringing design and product expertise to your team. I’ll help you establish effective processes and support you to hire a team when the time comes.

Always user-centered

All of my work is informed by user research. I can collaborate with your in-house researchers or lead studies myself. I can be frugal with resources. But you should be prepared to invest in learning. It pays!

Mainly remote (with some travel)

I’m based in London and work remotely with teams across the globe. But I also thrive on social interaction. So I travel for activities which are better done in person like field research, collaboration workshops, and team socials!

Minimum 3 months

I work best when I develop deep understanding of your product space, your users, and how your business works. For that reason I typically work for a minimum period of 3 months.
